Greenvolt Power is our segment dedicated to the Development & Construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects. We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in more 16 countries (Europe & North America). Greenvolt is looking for an M&A Associate that will provide support with any merger, acquisition or divestiture process, namely focusing on valuation exercises, managing advisors and other counterparties, preparing all approval processes to support management in decision making and managing the different due-diligence workstreams. Key accountabilities Preparation and continuous review of the financial model and valuation exercises of PV, Wind and BESS opportunities throughout M&A or internal evaluation processes; Review of the DD documents and discussion with advisors; Track, monitor and control Q&A and VDR; Support with Investment Committee presentations, as well as BoD presentations, namely regarding investments and divestments; Liaise with P&C team in the process of integration of new companies/assets and disposals of companies/assets; Support P&C team in the preparation of medium/long-term Business Plan. Bachelor's Degree in in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering, 2 years of experience in M&A, Project Finance, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking or Renewable Energy areas, Microsoft Office experienced user, mainly Excel and Power BI, Accuracy and attention to detail, Team player and capacity to dialog with different stakeholders, Strong analytical skills, high motivation and commitment.
