The business recently announced a Series A, has raised $22M total, and has grown 9x in revenue over the past year. With strong momentum and a mission-driven team, the company is now expanding a strategic function tied closely to growth and market expansion. The Opportunity The company is hiring an M&A Associate to help source and develop acquisition opportunities in a highly fragmented healthcare market. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong commercial instincts with analytical horsepower and wants direct exposure to the CEO and broader company strategy. You’ll run outbound outreach to business owners, qualify opportunities, and help build a pipeline of strategic conversations that can shape the company’s long-term growth. Responsibilities Identify and source acquisition targets Conduct outbound outreach and qualification Set strategic meetings and support early-stage deal flow Track pipeline and manage follow-up across opportunities Work closely with leadership on priority growth initiatives Requirements 2–4 years of relevant experience Background in business development, finance, investing, or outbound sales Strong communication skills and executive presence Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach Interested in a strategic, fast-paced startup environment Based in NYC or open to being there regularly
