Description

As a Buyer Experience Specialist, you will engage directly with buyers involved in M&A transactions, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and high-quality experience. This role requires a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage inquiries and data with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely under the guidance of Benchmark International’s seasoned leadership team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma required; some college coursework completed; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in process development is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support or as a client service representative required.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills via phone and email.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common CRM systems.
  • Sound business and financial understanding.
  • No enforcement history with the SEC, FINRA, or any state securities regulatory bodies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for buyer inquiries; respond and guide them to appropriate services.
  • Enhance buyer engagement through efficient management of the buyer portal, profiles, events, communications, and key account activities.
  • Oversee and optimize the buyer deal portal to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Plan and coordinate buyer-focused events.
  • Efficiently manage and track buyer inquiries, mandates, and communications.
  • Drive continuous improvement of buyer-related processes and best practices.
  • Identify and recommend reliable buyer data sources to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate buyer data and CRM records through regular reviews and updates.
  • Handle large volumes of incoming calls and emails while maintaining high service standards.
  • Proactively assess and fulfill buyer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take initiative to exceed expectations and strengthen buyer relationships.
