Deloitte, the largest and leading consulting and accounting firm in the world, is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Consultant for the financial consulting practice. As part of the role: • Providing financial due diligence and advisory services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes in all sectors (technology, retail, industry, etc.). • Accompanying investors as part of the investment process. • Assisting shareholders and management in preparing for significant sales or capital raising processes. • Performing financial and economic analyses based on financial and management reports and generating business insights regarding costs and structure. • Global work with Deloitte US. • Close work with leading clients in the local and global market, including Private Equity and VC funds. • Work as part of a professional team, including close professional training of experts in the field. • Hybrid work model (two days work from home).
