REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong background in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory.
• Experience from a Tier 1 investment bank
• M&A experience with NEO banks, challenger banks, card companies or fintechs
• Proven ability to assess pricing strategies and market positioning.
  This is a contract role based in the UK. Immediate availability is preferred.
  This is a UK-based contract role with an immediate start.
  Compensation will be both a retainer and success fee
