Position Overview: Were seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Finance Analyst to enhance lender relations and empower clients.
This role is critical in preparing detailed financial models and buyer-side Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) to pitch deals to SBA banks.
This position reports directly to the General Manager of Operations and involves market research, financial analysis, and deal structuring.
While prior SBA experience is a plus, comprehensive training is provided.
Key Responsibilities: Credit Deck & Financial Model Preparation: Create lender-ready credit decks that present the financial narrative and acquisition potential.
Client Support: Act as a financial guide, offering structured advice to clients and banks.
Deal Structuring: Design transaction structures to maximize SBA approval.
Market Research & Industry Analysis: Conduct and present market research findings, including white papers.
Communication & Presentation: Engage with internal and external stakeholders via video calls (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: 1-2 years in banking, finance, or a related sector.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling (including LBO scenarios).
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
Soft Skills: Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients.
