Your key responsibilities as an M&A Integration Project Manager will include: Developing and executing comprehensive integration plans for multiple acquisitions simultaneously. Leading project execution, maintaining detailed project plans, and managing internal integration teams. Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration activities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations effectively. Supporting risk identification and mitigation across legal, regulatory, financial, and operational areas. Tracking performance and reporting progress to identify roadblocks and implement corrective actions. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an M&A Integration Project Manager: You have at least 3 years of proven experience in project management, delivering multiple complex projects. You understand M&A processes, including due diligence and post-merger integration. You are proficient in project management methodologies and tools. You have strong analytical skills and can make data-driven decisions. You excel in communication and stakeholder management, influencing at all levels.
