WE OFFER:

To support our well established and still expanding team in Munich, we are looking for curious and driven final year Master students who would like to join us as interns for 3-6 months. Internship start will be January 2026.
Our internships in the Munich office start on a quarterly basis and offer the chance to gain hands-on experience and valuable exposure to high-level financial advisory work, providing you as intern with the opportunity to develop key skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As part of the team, you will be equipped with a structured pre- and onboarding as well as development opportunities throughout the course of your internship – including for example our induction day, the mentoring program, intern pitch competition and networking events.

Following the successful completion of the internship, select candidates will receive offers to join as full time Analysts.

You will receive the opportunity to work alongside experienced bankers and be involved in all aspects of an M&A transaction - thereby develop a solid understanding of M&A processes.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Conducting market, industry and company research
• Supporting deal execution and contributing to the drafting of marketing materials such as teasers, information memorandums, and other relevant documentation,
• Carrying out financial analyses and assisting with valuations, identifying a buyer universe, participating in the due diligence and closing processes
• Involvement in pitch presentation preparation
• Supporting senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation
