REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years PQE (UK or US qualified) or 2-4 years PQE (AU or NZ qualified)
• Strong transactional experience in M&A and/or private equity
• Experience gained at a Magic Circle, elite international, or top-tier domestic firm
• Outstanding academic background and technical ability
