We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented M&A Professional (m/f/d) to support the end-to-end M&A process by providing financial analysis, preparing decision-making materials, and ensuring coordination between internal and external stakeholders. The role contributes to value-creating transactions and supports broader corporate development initiatives.

AN EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering, potentially Masters/MBA in Finance
• Up to 3 years of professional experience or meaningful internship experience in M&A at an investment bank, M&A boutique, audit or consulting company or corporate M&A department
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills coupled with strong value orientation (e.g. courage, curiosity, trust)Flexibility to travel for business purposes (max. 20% of the time)
