We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented M&A Program Manager (f/m/d) with a strong financial background, ideally rooted in financial auditing, to lead and execute key financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in creating and developing financial frameworks, conducting financial due diligence, and building robust business plans to support strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
