Description
M&A Project Expert Mol Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Expert to support the senior project manager in complex and high-value projects. Main Tasks: Take ownership of small to medium-scale, non-complex inorganic projects or specific project components across Upstream, Downstream, and Non-core business areas. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while actively managing associated risks. Support senior project managers in complex, high-value strategic projects, gaining exposure to large-scale M&A initiatives. Conduct industry research and monitor market trends to identify new project opportunities aligned with MOL’s strategic goals. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for executive decision-making. Develop and coordinate detailed project plans, including resource allocation and consultant engagement. Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with technical, financial, legal, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and authorities, to drive project success. Evaluate project outcomes and contribute to post-implementation reviews and strategic insights.
