M&A Analyst As an M&A analyst, the primary role is to help the company meet its inorganic growth aspirations. Responsibilities: Office of the CFO software knowledge leadership: Develop a deep understanding of the Office of the CFO software industry. Identify and track key developments in the industry. Develop a deep understanding of the HighRadius product strategy and identify areas where M&A could augment the same M&A target sourcing: Develop a deal flow of relevant M&A targets through primary and secondary research Develop M&A thesis and create exec ready collaterals for HighRadius CXOs Due diligence: Conduct and program-manage due diligence across multiple workstreams such as financial, technology, operations and people Financial modeling and analysis Develop exec ready collateral for key findings, go/no decisions, etc. Required Experience: 1-3 years of experience in M&A/ investments/ industry research/ B2B SaaS GTM Exposure to Enterprise SaaS ecosystem is preferred, though not mandatory Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional teams Transformative DNA - willing to challenge the status-quo, envision future state, embolden teams and lead the change
