  • Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings (5:45am), weekends, and holidays.
  • Standing for long periods and light lifting (up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all M-Club guests warmly and professionally.
  • Monitor guest access to ensure only eligible guests enter the lounge.
  • Provide attentive, personalized service throughout breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, and other lounge periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the lounge at all times.
  • Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed; liaise with kitchen or banquet teams when necessary.
  • Address guest requests promptly and follow through to ensure satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guest needs and make recommendations when appropriate.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area attractions.
  • Handle guest feedback or concerns in a professional manner, escalating to management as needed.
  • Support a team environment and assist other hotel departments when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
