JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare detailed M&E drawings, including ACMV, fire protection, electrical, lighting.
• Use AutoCAD or other drafting software to create shop drawings, schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with engineers, consultants, architects, and other disciplines to ensure accuracy and avoid clashes.
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, mark-ups, and design changes.
• Support project and site teams by providing timely drawing updates and technical drafting assistance.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local codes, project specifications, and company drafting standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings and revisions.
• Attend coordination meetings when required to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Assist in preparing submission drawings for authority approvals.
• Ensure high accuracy, clarity, and quality in all drawing outputs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and above or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Familiar with M&E services layout and coordination.
• Good understanding of local building codes and M&E standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
