JOB TITLE: COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Location: Basingstoke (with occasional travel to London)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum

With a strong portfolio of projects, including commercial ventures, data infrastructure related works, and one data centre, they deliver innovative solutions and maintain high standards of quality. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the Commercial Director of the Engineering Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring the commercial success of their projects and requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contract management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to London as required.
