JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist and support Project Manager in monitoring the progress of construction site.
• Ensure all M & E site works are completed on schedule and in accordance to approved shop drawings and MOS.
• Prepare inspection forms and conduct site inspection upon completion of works.
• Highligh and resolve any non compliance issue that arises at construction site.
• To manage and maintain detailed records of M & E subcontractors work progress and site inspection.
• To verify work completion on M & E work progress carried out by M & E contractors.
• To be able to liaise and communicte with clients, consultants and authorities on technical matters.
• Attend internal and external meeting if required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice.
• Good organisational and leadership skills.
