Description
  1. Manage, control, coordinate and oversee M & E’s Project full Spectrum
  2. Involve in project management and contract administration of project.
  3. Identify key design and delivery issues / solutions or risks.
  4. Establish and maintain good relationship with clients / developers, sub-contractor and suppliers.
  5. Review M&E tender documents and highlight contractual requirements including proposal for value engineering.
  6. Liaise with statutory agencies, client, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors and project site operation team to facilitate installation works and progress on site.
  7. Manage interfaces and coordination works, design and construction project
  8. Adherence to safety practices in the work site / place.
  9. Lead and spearhead the operation and execution of project from inception development Phase to manufacturing start up to site installation to completion of project.
  10. Lead the project and facilitate coordination with client, architect, consultant and NSC.
  11. Monitor the site progress with site manager/coordinator/supervisor
  12. Develop project schedule
  13. Attend site meeting or progress meeting with client/architect/designer/consultant together with site project team.
  14. Handles all correspondences/documentation and prepare reports (emails, site progress report Weekly update project schedule, etc.)
  15. Monitor and manage approved project budget by management and provide value engineering to work scope and materials
  16. Manage and resolve design and technical issues with site manager/coordinator/supervisor/Factory manager.
  17. Plan and schedule project timelines
  18. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  19. Provide direction and support to project team
  20. Quality assurance
  21. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management
  22. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions (submit weekly site progress Report to management)
  23. Monitor and manage rectification works.
  24. To establish progressive and finalized final claim to clients for each completed projects.
  25. To participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties when required
  26. To evaluate and approve sub-contractors/suppliers claim and recommend appropriate payments
  27. Attend company’s weekly and fortnightly meetings
  28. Company reserves all rights to amend above scope of works when require
