JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore ) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in the Singapore construction industry .
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications .
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works on-site.
• Manage and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely progress of works.
• Review and ensure M&E works comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards, including:
• Electrical systems
• ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)
• Plumbing & Sanitary systems
• Fire Protection systems
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, codes of practice, and safety standards.
• Arrange, prepare, and facilitate RE/RTO inspections .
• Coordinate with authorities for approvals, inspections, and commissioning of works.
• Participate in site meetings, providing updates and resolving technical issues.
• Assist the project team in troubleshooting, resolving site challenges, and driving project milestones.
