Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: Support the Project put in place proper Indicator tracking template (ITT), Detailed implementation plan, Work plans and Monitoring and Evaluation and Close out/Transition. Design, implement and periodically review the M&E plan that ensures grant-funded programs comply with donor M&E requirements. Support management and accountability framework through providing routine, accurate collection and reporting of information that confirms status of program activities based on log frames and M&E frameworks. Design, implement and periodically review the M&E plan that ensures grant-funded programs comply with donor M&E requirements. Develop the quality control systems and mechanisms needed to guarantee proper management of information and data Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, population studies, quantitative Economics, Monitoring and evaluation with substantial experience in quantitative methods and a minimum of five years of professional experience in designing and implementing M&E systems in the context of humanitarian response. 3-5 years of applicable experience in the position of M&E coordinator/M&E manager. Demonstrated experience in leading the M&E functions of a large award (multi sectoral and multi stakeholder Germany Government funded project). Strong conceptual knowledge about ToCs, logic model, food and nutrition security indicators, M&E plans, data quality assurance, data utilization, and gender integration into M&E. Demonstrated experience and expertise in developing and operationalizing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan. Responsibilities
