About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced M & E Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the implementation of M & E systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial buildings. Job Descriptions Develop detailed M & E design drawings, schematics, and specifications. Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of M & E systems. Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ RAB. Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications. Perform site inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, industry standards, and sustainable design practices. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Min 3 years of experience in M & E design and engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of building codes, such as SNI, IBC, and NEC. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
