JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented M&E Project Coordinator / Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit MEP or other BIM software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of M&E systems, local codes, and authority submission processes (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to attend site visits and adapt to project requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage M&E works, liaising with clients, contractors, and local authorities for submissions and approvals.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare, update, and review M&E drawings using AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP/BIM is an advantage).
  • Conduct inspections of M&E installations, such as Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, and Fire Alarm systems.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain proper drawing records, manage revisions, and prepare submission/as-built documentation.
  • Assist in site measurements, verification of works, and other ad-hoc project-related tasks.
