JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Project management involved air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation system (ACMV), fire prevention & protection system, electrical controls and piping system
• Review and analyse M&E design drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, tender and all standards and regulations
• Resolve any technical / site issues
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering (M&E) or equivalent
• At least 2 years of M&E Coordination experience preferably on A&A works
• Required skills: Autocad and Microsoft Project
• Mandarin-proficient to liaise with Chinese speaking associate
