Description

Your Role Manage construction projects for new sites/warehouses, and ensure that sites/warehouses are built according to given timeline, budget and requested specification. Responsibilities Plan the construction project, and ensure execution and achieving the milestones as agreed; Plan resources and organise project processes. Advise project team members accordingly, and report on project progress. Liaise with management, to clarify the scope and targets of projects. Support indirect sourcing team to select vendors. Coordinate design instructions, project management company and contractors. Communicate results and provide advice to management on implementation. Comply with quality and safety requirements.
