Job Title M&E Project Engineer - Expression of Interest Job Description Summary Job Description About the Role: Provide engineering support for ACMV preventive maintenance and repair/replacement works. Supervise site works and coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications and schedules. Prepare reports, T&C records, as-built drawings, OMM, quotations, and purchase orders. Ensure safety compliance (RA, PTW), inspect workmanship, and promptly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. About You: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/HVAC or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in ACMV installation or projects. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems (split, ducted, central), able to read/draft drawings and prepare O&M and T&C reports, with good problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office/project tools, good communication skills, able to work independently or in a team, and committed to safety and quality standards. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
