Job Description Responsible for supporting and enhancing the delivery of projects from both a Mechanical and Electrical technical perspective. This role reports to a Project Manager or Contracts Manager. Responsibilities Become familiar with all project details, designs and specifications across Mechanical & Electrical disciplines. Collate technical submittals as detailed by the Contracts/Project Manager and manage this process. Liaise daily with suppliers, Site Supervisors, Project Managers, EHSQ Advisors and Subcontractors. Manage, review and coordinate drawings as requested, ensuring the latest revisions are being worked to on site. Redline drawings with as-built information and issue to design. Raise and maintain the RFI schedule. Input into weekly progress reports and collaborate with Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Design and QS teams. Ensure all works are carried out and managed in accordance with the King & Moffatt Integrated Management System. Manage site QA/QC procedures, including issuing weekly and monthly QA/QC reports. Monitor Subcontractor compliance with project specifications, building regulations, standards and health & safety requirements. Apply troubleshooting techniques to identify problems and implement corrective actions. Assist QS in variations, back-up for changes, and procurement. Ensure compliance with all site and project requirements, including EHSQ regulations. Manage document control, ensuring all logs and registers are kept up to date. Compile Operation & Maintenance Manuals, commissioning documentation, handover packs and test packs. Maintain the K&M Document Management System. This list is not exhaustive or exclusive Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant Trade background. Comprehensive understanding of the tendering process. Experience in providing technical support to management and site installation teams desirable. Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English. Willing to learn and adapt to different elements of a project.
