Are you a project manager with experience working in the M&E sector looking for an exciting new opportunity to join a rapidly growing business that have just become an Employee-Owned Trust and are offering excellent training and progression opportunities?
This company has been established for over 50 years and have built an outstanding reputation within the industry. They are an award-winning construction and fit-out contractor that are renowned for landmark transformations across the UK. They mainly work across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors where they have completed projects such as the National Portrait Gallery, the Everyman Theatre and the British Embassy.
On offer is an exciting opportunity where you will become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be responsible for the management of all M&E responsibilities on the projects, including assisting with the appointment and management of MEP Consultants, Designers and Sub-Contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and execute the appointments, scope, and fees of consultants and designers.
  • Prepare MEP design programmes and technical submissions schedules, secure designers’ and specialist sub-contractors’ buy-in to these timescales and then manage the process and monitor progress throughout the project.
  • Manage the M&E contractors during both the design and construction phases.
  • Review key MEP materials, plant, and interfaces to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Organise, schedule, and chair technical meetings with members of the design team and supply chain.
