Job Description Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover. Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to meet programme milestones. Conduct design reviews and value engineering to optimise cost and performance. Monitor project finances including procurement, variations, and cash flow. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards. Maintain strong client and consultant relationships. Lead project risk management and implement effective controls. Support estimating and planning processes for future schemes. Promote behavioural safety and sustainability across delivery teams. Qualifications Degree/HND/HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction-related discipline. SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent certification. Proven track record in M&E project delivery within Tier 2/3 subcontractors. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness and ability to balance programme, quality, and cost. Experience with major projects in commercial, leisure, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
