As TSA Riley grows, we are beginning to work in new sectors and offer new service offerings to our clients. To deliver on our growth strategy, it is critical that we expand our internal mechanical and electrical team.
Therefore, we have an exciting opening for a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor capable of performing a Project QS role, to join our team in London. We have offices in both Croydon and Central London (Blackfriars) and the successful candidate could work from either office to suit their convenience. Hybrid working is also standard practice at TSA Riley.
As a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, you can expect to use your skills and expertise on projects spanning across the whole of the built environment giving you exposure to M&E related work across a variety of sectors.
You will report into the Associate Director and work closely with them to support the business by providing specialist M&E cost management services across a portfolio projects.
With the M&E team and TSA Riley both expected to experience significant growth in the future, this role comes with fantastic career opportunities for promotions and increased responsibilities for ambitious candidates seeking to progress into senior management positions.

WHO WE ARE:
TSA Riley has a 130-year heritage dating back to 1890 when Henry Riley Esq first established a quantity surveying practice in London. In Asia Pacific we trace our roots back to the 1980s through the merging of several respected, small project management and advisory firms. Now, in the 21st century, we’re defining and pioneering a new way of helping our clients drive greater value and impact from their built assets. Plan. Procure. Deliver. Optimise. Decarbonise. We call this project consulting.
We provide expert strategic, commercial and operations advice; project and cost management; carbon advice; and dispute resolution. This uniquely broad range of services - across the project lifecycle - means we understand the interdependencies at every stage. We combine this with hands-on experience and personalised service to drive greater value, impact and certainty for our clients’ projects.
