Description

RD M& E Group Ltd is a leading mechanical and electrical design business, with offices in Birmingham and Manchester, delivering top-notch innovative/sustainable solutions for a core range of clients. The successful candidate can report to either the Manchester or Birmingham office.
We are now looking for a dynamic driven Commercial/Sales Director who will be pivotal in scaling our sales operations to support growth.
You will collaborate with the Senior Management team to align sales strategies and solutions with company objectives. This is a hands-on role and the successful applicant will be given a sales target to hit themselves.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets
Requirements
Proven experience and success with a track record of achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to close.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on sales expertise, leveraging their existing network and industry knowledge to drive business growth. They will be adept at identifying market trends and opportunities, and proactive in developing solutions that meet both client needs and company goals.
