JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems on-site.
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct quality checks to verify that M&E works meet design and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and manage the performance of M&E subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Review drawings, plans, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Identify and address site challenges, providing practical solutions to avoid delays or defects.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all phases of M&E work.
• Provide progress updates to the Project Manager and assist in preparing reports as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in M&E Coordination is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation processes, and site operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical specifications.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a keen eye for detail.
