REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or with equivalent qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (preferred in Building projects).
Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist M&E Coordinator to supervise site work
Monitor and control the progress of the M&E works based on the schedule.
To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
Check on quality of material and workmanship
To arrange with consultant for site inspection
To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
Check material delivered to site
To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
To manage sub-contractors works and progress of worksTo liaise with authorities for the commission of work
