Seeking experienced fry cook with shift lead, M.I.T., or assistant Manager experience. Must have some experience leading shifts in a fast food restaurant. This person will be expected to direct the flow of operations when the Manager is not working. Patriots is a family-owned and operated, drive-thru only, fast food restaurant in Blaine, TN primarily serving fried chicken, fries, and milkshakes. About the Job:
- The restaurant is open 5:30a-9:00p. This position will need flexibility in shifts within the week; some mornings, some lunches, some dinners.
- M.I.T. will be expected to cross-train on all positions in the restaurant.
- Back of House positions will perform food preparation, follow proper health and sanitation protocol, as well as operating the fryers , ovens, and other restaurant equipment (18+).
- Applicants 16+ years old will be eligible for Front of House positions, which primarily include taking orders over the headsets / ringing orders on POS, bagging orders, filling beverages, and making milkshakes. Some food preparation also required. Front of House-only not eligible for the M.I.T. position, but may be eligible for a Shift Lead position.
- General cleaning duties are also required of all crew.
- There is no dining room at Patriots. Excellent customer service is achieved by speedy thru put and a friendly face at the window. M.I.T. expected to keep the crew moving as quickly as possible when there is a line in the drive thru.
- Base pay starts at $11-$12 depending on experience. Take-home pay includes cash and credit card tips.
