Description

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, or similar. Professional certification (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance or Strategy in the financial services. Strong understanding of financial performance management and business partnering within a regulated financial institution. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. High attention to detail and strong narrative communication skills for executive reporting. Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all organisational levels. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams. Proficiency with financial systems (e.g. advanced Excel). Advanced modelling, Excel and financial reporting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese.
