Description
Responsibilities Manage and ensure the timely delivery, implementation and maintenance of enterprise initiatives, including cybersecurity systems and solutions. Project management and implementation encompass requirements gathering, system design and reviews, documentation, risk assessment and audit management. Scope the operations requirements to be developed into business case and specifications. Evaluate and recommend solutions that best address business needs. Maintain full oversight of the projects status and resolve technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner. Engage and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, industry partners and vendors, to ensure successful delivery of projects and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular project monitoring, tracking and management to ensure alignment with requirements, governance, risk, audit, process and to maintain service level. Work with relevant parties to troubleshoot technical problems, conduct investigation and analysis to identify, evaluate and recommend solutions to resolve the system issues. Perform procurement activities and evaluation of submitted system proposals in accordance with the Government tendering or quotation procedures. Provide cybersecurity support to other initiatives and projects and perform any other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant project management working experience in implementation of ICT systems or infrastructure. At least 3 years of prior experience in civil service-related work is preferred Strong project, vendor, and contract-management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage various Systems/projects simultaneously. Meticulous worker able to carry out responsibilities independently with minimum supervision. is competent, self-motivated, proactive, committed and responsible. Able to work under time pressure. Has good communication skills, both oral and written. Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience in risk management, change management and system management. Strong interest in technologies and innovation, particularly in cybersecurity.
