Starting with one employee in 2003, M2.0 now has a total of around 50 full-time staffers composed of a dozen manager/director level employees and more than 40 specialists. During this time, the company came to work with dozens of national and international brands including Intel, Dell, Carrier, Bank of the Philippine Islands. Currently, we work with brands including UNICEF, Philips, OPPO, Del Monte, Bayo and the Government of the Philippines.

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across search, social, display, and other digital channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in paid media marketing, with a track record of driving strong campaign results
Proficient in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms)
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients
Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven, testing-oriented mindset
Knowledge of web analytics, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimizatio
Responsibilities:
Conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify the most promising paid media opportunities and audience segments
Developing comprehensive paid media strategies and campaign plans to achieve client goals
Setting up and managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
Continuously monitoring campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve results
Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure paid media is integrated with other digital channels
Generating detailed reporting and presenting insights to client.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the paid media landscape
