About the Role We are looking for a proactive and resourceful IT Support Technician with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and working knowledge of Google tools. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys solving problems creatively and analytically, learns quickly, and communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical users. You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure while ensuring a seamless technology experience for our staff, both onsite and in the mobile workforce. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across the business. Provide hands-on Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues; work with vendors to resolve escalated Tier 3 problems. Document solutions, create step-by-step user guides, and share knowledge with colleagues to enhance efficiency. Support end-user device (EUD) management including stock control, deployment, driver and printer configuration, and routine maintenance. Carry out essential onsite tasks, such as network access point and cabling maintenance, RF/USB scanner configuration, security system checks, and basic conveyor system support. Participate in testing and rollout of new software packages and desktop solutions; contribute feedback for improvements. Advise end users on appropriate hardware and software options that align with business needs. Requirements Relevant IT experience with technical qualifications such as MCSE, CompTIA A+, or equivalent (advantageous). Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications; Google Workspace familiarity is a plus. Understanding of warehouse operations and related IT needs preferred. 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in environments with both Microsoft and warehouse/logistics systems. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot creatively. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Customer-focused, approachable, and a good listener. Self-motivated and dependable — able to manage tasks without constant supervision. Quick to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
