CIMMYT is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and service-oriented professional for the position of Food & Beverage Logistics Supervisor to work in the Hospitality Department.
The positions will be based at CIMMYT’s headquarters in Texcoco, near Mexico City.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The selected candidate must have a degree in in Gastronomy or a related field
  • The selected candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, purchase orders, and inventory control (verifiable).
  • The selected candidate must have experience in industrial kitchen cleaning, handling cleaning chemicals, and PPE.
  • Personnel management skills.
  • English proficiency: B2 – C1.
  • Knowledge of Distintivo H implementation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Point of Sale systems (Infocaja, SoftRest, etc.).
  • Availability for rotating shifts and flexible schedules.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
