Job Description Join a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of the M2M solution (Machine-to-Machine), which supports the entire service offering for major telecom operators. This project involves critical environments and cutting-edge technologies, including 4G/LTE and a vision for 5G. Main Responsibilities: Analyze and respond to application fault reports across multiple platforms (M2M, SVA’s). Participate in security requirements analysis for various platforms. Operate and maintain complex systems, ensuring availability and performance. Qualifications Proven experience in similar roles. Solid knowledge of Linux (RedHat) and Windows. Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix) and testing tools (Postman). Database expertise: Postgres, MongoDB, and NoSQL. Familiarity with virtualization solutions (VMware/MS) and storage/backup solutions (EMC, Clarion, VNX, SUN). Strong understanding of IP networks and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SMTP, SNMP, UDP, ICMP). Skills in Node.js, REST, Python, and continuous integration (Jenkins/OpenSource). Experience with mobile network infrastructures (Core PS, HLR/HSS) and technologies 4G/LTE and 5G. Fluent English (spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Office tools. Additional Information Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office). Location: Lisboa.
