Position title: M365 Architect / Presales Consultant Experience:10-12+Year Notice period: Immediate- 15 Days Location: Bangalore Time zone: EST Time zone Skills set :M365 Architecture and Migration, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Presales / Solutioning Experience, Microsoft 365 architecture and migration projects, customer-facing presales activities, solution design, and technical presentations, M365 migration architecture and presales experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead presales activities, discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, and client presentations. Design scalable solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and related technologies. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and architecture designs. Prepare technical proposals, SOWs, effort estimations, delivery plans, and solution documentation. Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentorship to development teams. Review solution designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices. Collaborate with global/offshore delivery teams and oversee project execution, architecture reviews, risk management, and client communication. Drive innovation by evaluating new Microsoft technologies, platform enhancements, and third-party integrations. Required Skills: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft Fabric. Experience in solution architecture, presales, estimation, and stakeholder management. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, and delivery methodologies. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead presales activities, including discovery workshops and technical presentations, to design scalable Microsoft 365 solutions. Responsible for preparing technical proposals, SOWs, and providing architecture governance and mentorship to delivery teams.
