Work options: Hybrid

Arinco means Artificial Intelligence Company. We are the frontier partner for the AI era, helping organisations become Frontier Firms on Microsoft by changing how work gets done across people, processes, platforms and agents. Our crew across Australia and New Zealand combines deep Microsoft expertise, trusted data, secure platforms, production-ready agents and proven Done Right™ frameworks. We work alongside customers to move AI from experimentation to practical, governed outcomes at scale.

We are reshaping our own delivery model too, using reusable agents, skills, patterns and workflows to amplify consultant expertise and create more value for customers. Joining Arinco means helping shape the future of consulting in the AI era. Named Microsoft Australia Partner of the Year 2024, Arinco has more than 250 crew members and has delivered outcomes for more than 400 customers.

The team and role

We're looking for a customer-focused M365 Consultant to join our Managed Services team. This is not your typical managed services role. Whilst we do provide support to our customers, the majority of work is consulting - assisting customers with enabling, enhancing or deploying new functionality or services in M365.

This role combines consulting, solution design, governance, automation, and platform optimisation across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, and Purview.

You'll work closely with customers to solve business challenges, improve collaboration and governance, automate processes, and deliver practical technology outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic advisory work and hands-on technical delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide ITIL based support and improvement for our M365 customers
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers across Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Leading workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design activities
  • Designing and implementing automation solutions
  • Developing automations, scripts and integrations
  • Building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Creating technical documentation, solution designs, and operational runbooks
  • Providing guidance on governance, security, compliance, lifecycle management, and best practices
  • Contributing to Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI adoption initiatives
  • Driving continuous improvement and platform optimisation
  • You may be required to provide 24x7 support on a rotating roster in the future, this comes with additional remuneration.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience with SharePoint development and administration
  • Experience with Power Platform
  • Experience with Purview for records management purposes
  • Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong documentation and solution design capability
