Current Microsoft Partner of the Year , Ergo, are seeking an M365 Consultant for an exciting permanent hybrid role with our Modern Work team.
The successful M365 Consultant will be responsible for consultancy, deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions to some of Ireland’s most well-known public and private sector companies.
You will work on an MVP-led team in a company awarded Microsoft Country POTY SIX times in addition to FIVE MS Modern Workplace Partner of the Year awards.
Candidates should be Microsoft Certified with extensive experience implementing Microsoft 365 projects in enterprise environments .

WHAT EXPERIENCE / SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Previous experience in client-facing consultancy role
• Proficiency in configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 in large environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including:
• Microsoft Entra
• Microsoft Purview
• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Any experience in Quest On-Demand Migration and ShareGate would be preferable, but not a requirement

• Lead implementation phase of greenfield and/or brownfield deployments of IT systems and solutions
• Configuring and deploying Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Copilot.
• Configuring and deploying of Microsoft Cloud Technologies, specifically Microsoft 365 Workloads.
• Ability to gather customer requirements and provision HLD or LLD documentation provided capturing the customers required design.
• Run Technical Design Workshops with customers.
• Support the Pre-Sales process with technical SME contribution on pre-sales opportunities on an occasional basis
• Design, planning and delivery of Microsoft 365 hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Produce, Execute and document tests as part of test and acceptance with clients as well as knowledge transfer when required.
• Produce and complete project handover documentation.
• You will be required to collaborate effectively with internal project teams including technical and project management resources as well as external extended team including Clients and Vendors as part of Project Delivery
