The Microsoft 365 Category Management Team is responsible for developing and driving the programs, acquisition motions, and GTM investments necessary to nurture, strengthen, and grow the base of consumer subscribers and deliver against revenue goals across direct and partner channels. As the M365 Cross-Channel Business Insight Manager, you will be the central driver for understanding in exquisite detail the M365 performance within all sales funnels, uncovering insights into not only what happened, but investigating and creating clarity for why. You will be the advocate for broad understanding of business insights, analyzing key business drivers and surfacing new opportunities. You will proactively work with business stakeholders across multiple disciplines, including product group partners, finance, and regional and global sales & marketing teams to apply those insights to today’s business operations and help develop the strategies and investment for the future.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience in go to market (GTM), marketing strategy, business planning, or similar roles.
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
- OR Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles.
- 3+ years project/vendor management experience.
- 3+ years in business analytics, sales & marketing performance analytics, or similar.
ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles
- OR Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles.
- 5+ years experience in integrated, digital or product marketing management.
- Consumer marketing experience and understanding of what drives and motivates consumers to buy.
- Proven track record of influencing without authority and driving cross-team collaboration.
- Highly accountable and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and solid communication, presentation, and story-telling skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
eCommerce IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
