Description As a M365 Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting M365 services. This role includes supporting Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Autopilot, Teams, and OneDrive. You will collaborate cross-functionally across teams to ensure a seamless user experience and secure environment across M365 technologies. Your responsibilities will include: Administer and maintain M365 services, including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Autopilot, Teams, and OneDrive. Monitor and optimize the performance of M365 services to ensure high availability and reliability. Implement and manage device enrollment and provisioning processes using Autopilot and Intune. Configure and manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes. Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites and workflows. Provide advanced support for Teams and OneDrive, including integration and troubleshooting issues. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for M365 environments. Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows Participate in the planning and execution of M365-related projects, including migrations and upgrades. Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams. Requirements 3+ years of experience as an M365 Engineer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Autopilot, Teams, and OneDrive. Strong understanding of device management and security policies using Intune and Autopilot. Experience with SharePoint Online development and management, including workflows and permissions. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with M365 services. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.
