Job Title: M365 Implementation Engineer Salary Range: £45k + Benefits Location: United Kingdom (Must be physically based in the UK) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive M365 Engineerto join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of M365 implementation and configuration projects, covering design, implementation, and the release of Microsoft 365 services to our clients. This role requires deep technical expertise in M365 technologies, excellent problem-solving, and a strong customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, deploy Microsoft 365 solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Teams Telephony and Azure Active Directory. Implement and maintain security and compliance policies within the M365 environment. Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest ITSM industry trends and technologies, and recommend enhancements. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration portals. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management. Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Conditional Access, and security configurations. Understanding of identity and access management, including Azure AD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desirable Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, or equivalent. Experience with hybrid Exchange environments. Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and other security tools.
