We are seeking an Exchange End User Support Engineer.
As an experienced Modern Endpoint Management Support engineer within our Workplace practice, you will bring support experience to the technical delivery of enterprise scale solutions into public, hybrid, and secure cloud environments.
Skills and experiences

Your experience in delivering M365 support services using Intune is foundational to this role. We also need you to have experience across a variety of technologies that may include:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & Config Manager) inclusive of Co-Management, Windows Autopilot
  • Windows 365
  • Windows 10/11, iOS, Android, macOS Endpoints
  • Application Packaging & Publishing
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive)
  • Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity & Office 365)Active Directory & Entra ID and Device Group Policy management

  • Pivotal to the role is your ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form. Your passion for supporting clients and shaping the ongoing continual improvement of our clients’ solutions is what is required for this role
    You will be an Australian Citizen with existing security clearance (Preferably NV-1).
    This role will require you to sit onsite 5 days a week
    About you
    You are an experienced Exchange support engineer with a track record of support engineering and client focus. You have good communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute effectively to our Managed Services organisation.
    You will also possess analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to be creative and innovative in the support of our clients. You will also seek to continually improve our clients’ environments though evergreen practices and platform evolution.
    You will be an Australian Citizen with existing security clearance (Preferably NV-1).
    This role will require you to sit onsite 5 days a week.
