Location: Plano, TX (preferred) or Denver, CO
Schedule: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite
Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 base + ~10% discretionary bonus

We’re seeking a senior M365 Productivity Specialist to own SharePoint Online across a global enterprise-from architecture and governance to day-to-day operations and net-new build (roughly 70% new development). You’ll be the go-to SharePoint expert on a small, high-impact M365 team driving multiple global initiatives at pace.

Responsibilities
  • Lead SharePoint Online architecture & governance: design site structures (team sites, collaboration sites, hubs), information architecture, taxonomy, and permission models aligned to least-privilege access and compliance best practices.
  • Drive migrations & transformations: plan and execute large-scale SharePoint transformations (on-prem cloud), including content migration, change management, and cutover.
  • Deliver new solutions (70% build): create modern collaboration workspaces, templates, and automation using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline business processes.
  • Champion M365 governance across Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem; establish standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Partner across regions (including offshore teams) to prioritize demand, manage backlogs, and ensure high-quality delivery and support for all business units.
  • Own ops & adoption: oversee access management, security/permissions, site lifecycle, and user enablement; measure and improve usage and satisfaction.
