This role sits within the Digital Transformation team, within the HEIW Digital, Data and Engagement Directorate. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
To design, develop and support the HEIW M365 applications and services for which HEIW is responsible.
To ensure the M365 application is developed and performs to the requirements of its users and the organisation.
To provide specialist advice, support, and training to the organisation on the M365 solution and applications.
To provide specialist business and information analysis.
To create and develop a digital working environment that breaks down organisational working silos.
To enable and facilitate collaboration internally and externally.
To improve productivity and efficiency for digital and business processes and embedding effective data controls and management.
