Schedule after first 12-weeks: 6 hours Wednesday, 12 hours Thursday, 12 hours Friday, and every other weekend 10 hours both days Join DEPARTMENT at LOCATION as a Medical Assistant (MA) Apprentice! The MA Apprentice Program is a tuition-free, earn-as-you-learn career opportunity designed to equip you with the skills needed to obtain your Washington State MA-C credential. Approved by the Washington State Department of Health, this program offers hands-on training, classroom instruction/online modules, and a pathway to a rewarding healthcare career. Program Details: Non-negotiable Pay: $18.89/hour, increasing to $19.97/hour for final 1,000 hours of on-the-job training Bonus: $1,500 total bonus paid in three installments (payment subject to service term) Full-time employment with benefits during training. Must have excellent attendance! Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care. This MA Apprentice seat in Urgent Care has different type of schedule.
