Analyzes, interprets and summarizes cross-functional information. Active engagement with cross-functional leadership to provide governance on financial goals Provides trustfully decision relevant information/recommendation to management including evaluation of different scenarios. Is able to communicate appropriately relevant information to management Conduct technical implementation and configuration of Data & Analytics solutions and transition to operations for ongoing customer success Supports development of new business models Qualifications Minimally 5+ years work experience is required 2+ years of work experience in analytics in a management facing role Able to communicate effectively in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing Proficient in SAP, MS Office, Statistical Modelling & Digitization trends Ability to work with colleagues on all levels of the organizations Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure; adapt to work under given timeline Good interpersonal and negotiation skills Detail-oriented, logical thinking, strong learning ability, sense of responsibility and team work are required
